Every home in Glenridge is in one of eight sections, and each section has its own recorded covenants. Open your section to read its rules in full.
Why the rules differ
Glenridge was built in eight sections between 1999 and 2013. Each section's covenants were recorded with its plat, and later sections never changed the covenants of earlier ones, so the rules are not the same everywhere.

Asking for an exception
If a project does not conform to your section's covenants, you can ask the board in writing for a waiver or variance. Requests are considered case by case. Email the board at glenridgehomeowners@gmail.com.
The covenants are transcribed from the plats recorded with the Warren County Recorder and changed from all capitals to sentence case for easier reading. If this text and a recorded plat ever differ, the recorded plat governs.
